Scheduling Your Child’s Baptism at Saint Thomas

Please complete this form below to register for our Baptism class taught by our Deacon. Baptism classes are held monthly on the 4TH Tuesday of each month (except March, May, July and December). Participation in the class is required and classes fill up quickly so please keep this in mind when planning for your child’s Baptism.

NOTICE: Registration for classes closes one week prior to the class date. You will receive an email to confirm that you are scheduled for class.
