Mass Intention Book Opens October 1

The practice of requesting a Mass to be offered for loved ones, living or deceased, is a beautiful and long-held Catholic tradition. Saint Thomas the Apostle follows the Code of Canon Law which states that we must offer Mass for the scheduled intention within one year’s time (Canon 953). We are all a part of the communion of saints and are reminded of this by the Eucharistic Prayers at Mass which are offered for all, both living and deceased.

We are blessed to have a large and growing community here at Saint Thomas the Apostle. In order to allow as many registered parishioners as possible the opportunity to schedule Masses and to make this process fair to everyone, each family is allowed 5 Mass Intention requests. You can find the policy and forms on our website and in our Parish Office during business hours.
