After School Child Care Program

Welcome to our wonderful teaching community at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic School, where every student has an opportunity to grow spiriually, socially and academically. The After School Program continues that growth in a comforting, relaxed and fun environment for the remainder of the day.
As a community building program, the After School Program offers the following opportunities for constructive and creative afternoons:

Fee Schedule
Our budget is set for the entire school year, refunds will not be made should your child participate in other after school activities.
- $10.00 Per day, per student for 3:00 – 6:00PM
- $20.00 Half day, per student for 12:00 – 6:00PM
Due upon Registration:
- $25.00 enrollment fee per student
- $25.00 activity fee per student
Due upon pick-up:
- $1.00 per minute, per student after 6:00PM
Lunch Fee:
- $2.00 (should your child forget to bring his/her lunch on a half day)
Billing Dates
Pre-payment is preferred. We can not give refunds once paid for anticipated services, even if your student(s) do not attend.
- Month in advance — payment due 1st of the month
- Week in advance — payment due Monday of each week
- Previous week's services — payment due Wednesday after week of service
- Late Charge — $10.00 per week that payment is not received by Friday after week of service
